Richard spent 20 years with Bank of America in a variety of leadership roles and has developed a strategy to help motivate his co-leagues. He specialized in leading businesses through material change and transformation – including start-ups, post-acquisition integration, high-growth and turnaround. Richard was involved in strategic oversight of BOA Finance and worked with the attempted sale of the business and strategic decision to hold for future sale. Richard left BOA at the end of 2010 to pursue more entrepreneurial opportunities. He has worked with a number of private equity firms looking to buy assets and also ran an online retailer who brought him in as CEO to build a sustainable and scalable platform and raise external investment. Richard now works with companies to help them through major change projects including acquisitions/dispositions, talent development, operational improvement, strategy creation and execution, risk management and international expansion.
Richard has an undergraduate degree from Boston College and an MBA from Duke University.
